I have a fellow near me who is a dealer of military vehicles to governments. He currently has 80% of the US market and 10% over seas. He says if it has tires or tracks he sells it. I am checking actual interest in the Michelin tactacle line of tires. Before I approach him I would like to discuss this on the forum and get suggestions on how to handle it. I would also like to have an idea of how many people would like to purchase them. He probably won't sell to me anyway but I am hopeing to get him to make a one time purchase for me, skirting around the red tape. As you know we are not allowed to buy them.
