That sounds like a real cool truck. Knowing a little of your background I knew you were saving it. I had a 74 379 with 425 and a air shift 5x4. I liked that set-up.
Last year I sold my 77 Skillet with 1693 and 13 speed. Oh ya, I replaced the 3406 with the 1693 because it pulled harder,ha.
