I got all of my basic info there, then went down with the item to ship, and the clerk there filled out all the paperwork. She wasn't real happy to see the sizes of the crated parts, but was very helpful. She did ask if I could help her move the crates to the staging area for the driver to pick up. My door and fenders were almost as big as she was (very petite woman).
