Headlights, cheap to a few hundred, depending on where you find them. Cowl lights the same also. I do believe VPW has Repo Cowl Buckets. You can use mid 30's ford lens and lamp holders available from Macs Auto parts in Buffalo, NY www.macsautoparts.com The lens is not exact, but for a non show truck, its fine.
When you add up all the parts for a total rebuild/restoration, you will get sticker shock. I have been there with the carryall and my M37 was not a whole lot better. However doing the job in stages over time and the costs level out.
