probably not the bead foot on a 9.00x16 is
about 1.25 or more depending upon the mfgr
and the width of the bead seat (rim to tubeless lock hump)on modern tubeless wheels is usually quite a bit narrower so the tire would not seat properly and then you have the problem of finding a tube that would work in the wheel(valve stem type & positioning)
the 9.00 is a very heavy duty truck tire designed for HD truck wheels
