I got a non-op title transfered not too long ago. Seems like the Auburn DMV is much more organized then they have been in the past. I recommend going inside and talking to the lady at the main counter. The web site led me in loops and I had to go in person to get everything set straight. It might take two trips to get everything right, but for the most part it is quite straight foreward.
