Just finished this ClearSpan NorthStar RV Garage today! It took 5 days to put up and was quite the project to assemble including the slab. It is 18 ft wide, 32 ft long and 16 ft high. The door is 10 ft wide and 12 ft 6 in tall. I built it to put the Tender (11 ft 6 in) in during the winter. It come with a 15 year warrentee on the heavy UV treated (150 lbs) cover and the frame work is 2 3/4 inch 14 ga steel tube. I decided I was tired of my TAXES going up so I put up a tempory building instead. If the cover ever gives out I will put sheet metal on it instead. The frame work is strong enought to take the weight. The roll up door is only part way up and the total project was just under $4,200.00 complete. Mark H.
