need to get the correct width for wheel

ex the flap for a 6.5x16 wheel is much wider
than the flap for a 5.5x16 wheel
the thickness is not really an issue as all
the flap does is stop abrasion between the tube, tire bead foot, & the rim
the min flap width for the 9.00x16 on a 6.5x16 wheel is 7.0inch

to see a drawing if you have any questions as
to how the flap fits
