The Rancho web site probably doesn't work for you because it's now in "flash" format. I hate that! Anyway their support number is 734-384-7804. Be aware that they want you to have the part number and shock number first...I looked for about 20 minutes and they do NOT list the manual control valve as a part or an accessory, so good luck with them.
