I use a rotary converter for all of our (Bowen Knife Co.) 3-phase equipment. I have knife blade grinders and polishers and a leather cutter and clicker(press). They are 1hp and 2hp motors and I run them on a single 1-3hp converter. I usually only run one piece of equipment at a time, but occasionally have run two. I have been very satisfied with the converter
