They were normally very hard used, and ended up as plain chassis cabs.

They are more desirable if they have the winch or dump (it's one or the other - they didn't come with both from the factory but or or more have been rebuilt that way)

I'd guess the best start would be getting the frame back to length, then seeing what's left of the bed. The original Budd bed was very similar to the Chevrolet 4 x 4 bed except for the fuel filler postion but there aren't many of those lying around loose too.

Have a look through the online list for VC, VF, and VK survivors and a few images. If you send me the numbers from yours I'll add them in.
