WS frame on 52 FFPW has a few small rust perforations, but is structurally solid. I'm worried about the inside of the hollow channels. Is this a sensible plan?
Pour Oxisolve through the hollow channels, keep wet 30 minutes, flush with water, blow air through to dry.
Outside gets wiped with Prep.
Pour thinned Rust Encapsulator through channels, after 5 minutes blow excess out with air. Couple coats of RE on the outside , JB-Weld fill the few small rust holes, top of with with Chassis Black.

Is that likely to keep the rust at bay another 50 years?
Or should I be trying a wax like Heavy Duty Antirust inside those hollow channels?
