The 3rd member ( differential) in both the M-37 and Power Wagon are identical/interchangable. Dont know about the WC-52.

Be sure that the 3rd member is the same ratio as the front one. This will either be 5.82 (most likly) or possibly a 4.89. Front and rear MUST be the same ratio.
