Yep, very nice truck.
I saw it last summer at the Granby International show and it's very well restored. Aside from the heater and the Chelsea PTO, the truck has all period equipment on board.
When compared to trucks that sold recently on eBay (from Maine and NY), I think it should fetch at least 25k$US.
This truck is owned by Gilles Emond who used to have a garage in St-Eustache north of Montreal. He is the one who restored the 1956 red Power Wagon (pictured above) now owned by Keith Carman from Milton, Ontario.
My truck also came from Gilles Emond's garage. The guy who bought it for a restoration before getting in a tightspot and selling it to me.
