Had a brake line on my '97 pull Ram 1500 go last year. I ended up replacing every line in the truck including all the hoses and hardware. Just didn't feel safe unless I could be sure not to have problems. The hoses were okay but the hardware clips were rusty and it appeaqred to me that if I let that go it would cause line failure.
