Think like in "nail set". I have a small one. Plus a couple medium size for air chisel use. But I don't think big enough for frames. There is a surplus tool and hardware shop near me (San Diego) called K Surplus that had bins full. There's a used machine tool dealer on aBay around you..Precision Tool?
Re-riveting seems awful hard core, but if you want to do it right...
