technical manuals.
if you have not done (or had done) anything
on your 48 brake system recently then it appears that something went south in your master cylinder (Vaughn's & Keith's posts)
and might be time to call VPW and get a NEW
one.
if you have done (or had done) something to
the brake system then you know what to do.
