I had tne same problem and was told use EZ OUT. It broke off and became a BIGGER problem.
Use heat or drill it out then retap, Please don't use EZ OUT, they are only good with new clean bolts not 60 year rusted in bolts. I had to drill around the EZ OUT then retap the hole bigger..what a mess. Learn from me and save yor self the trouble.....joe
