Water Pump Leak

Just noticed this leak at the water pump where the fan pully attaches (see pic)...does this mean the pumps on its way out? Is there a seal that can be replaced or do I need to spring for a new pump? I haven't noticed any noise from the pump and truck has been running @ 180 on trips so I assume its still pumping....if it does need removal can it be accomplished without removing the radiator and shroud? Thanks for any advise.....Kevin
