I don't know where you are in the country, but in Swartz Creek Michigan there is a place called gas tank Renu. I don't know if they are a chain or not. I have my chevy tank replaced by them. They can either fix your tank or if they have your type in stok they would just give you theirs and take yours. That way you get it faster. Mine was done probably 5 years ago and it still works good. Both the inside and outside are coated I believe.
