Look at the hubs and the brake drums. If they are the same as the PW then they should be 3/4 ton WC axles. The early 3/4 ton axles had bolted on covers. I have them on my Carryall. The Front axle on my 3/4 WC53 has the same smaller gears that the 1/2 tons have 8+" The rear axle has 9 5/8" gears. This is not uncommon in the early 3/4 ton WCs.
