When I bought my compressor, Iwas told to run 1.0" copper on a up hill grade as far as possible so the air will cool and condense the water. It then runs back to the tank. I have a electronic timer valve on the tank drain. Its set to blow off air every 10 minutes for 2 seconds. Scares a lot of people till they get used to the air blast, but I dont have water/air problems.
