Modern cars use some goop and no gasket to hold windows in. I like Vulkem, (Vulchem?)poly-somethin-er-other, black, dries soft, easier to clean up than silicone. In a caulking tube at my local home improvement store.
I suppose body shops and auto glass places sell something too.
I'll ptobably use my old gasket, trimmmed to allow good adhesion to the cab. It will still act as a spacer until the goo sets up. Then a small bead of sealant- will be easy to cut through later.
