I don't know...but here is what to check for: Make sure that both axles are of the same manufacturer, one may be a Dana and one may be an American Axle.
If both are the same, then research if the carrier is the same. Dana usually has a "break" at around 4:10 that requires gears higher than 4.10 to need a different carrier. Axle splines must be the same and housing size must be the same, if all things are equal, then it should work. My hunch is that the Power Wagon has larger axles and splines, but maybe not...?
