The problem with ATC's, more so than quads is the desire to try to save them beyond the point of no return, once you're airborne, with your arms are below your shoulders, you're toast. Out of 8 riders in my group, we had 6 broken clavicals in the span of 4 years.
Don't put your feet down and don't go over the side with the bike and you'll be fine...= )
