I'd have to agree with Arron on the XR100, tried and true for many years, parts readily available, good smooth power for beginners but, don't count out the TTR either. The Yamaha seat height may be a little lower so see what she's comfortable on. Also because the XR is a higher demand, you may find a fire sale on the Yamie. There’s at least 5 to 6 XR’s f/s right now in The Want Ad (New England) from $900.00 up to $1600.00. I’m looking for the fire sale, but they go quick. Fun for flattracking.
