Hey Todd, conventional wisdom seems to be that wheel cylinders aren't worth rebuilding. You can buy them for $30-35. I have rehoned them and put in new cups if the cylinder walls is good. Some people have gone so far as to sleeve them with stainless steel. No one is accepting cores these days as far as I can tell. I have a pile of them waiting for a home.
