Will, From the pic your floor is not in yet so what are you doing for heat in the winter? My shop is 40 X 48 with radient floor heat, I use a natural gas 40 gal water heater, walls are R26, ceiling R100, monthly gas bill $40-$45. Initial cost was $1500. about 3 years ago. H.O. lights are the best for me also.
