Does anyone out there have a service manual that outlines the air bleeding procedures required to restart a 2001 Dodge 24V Cummins that has been run out of fuel? I followed the owner's manual for bleeding the "low presure system", but it still won't start. The lift pump seems to be running after ckicking the key to "start", and fuel comes out from the water drain, and the bleed valve on the side of the injector pump. Do I need to open the lines at the injectors, or is there another bleed cap somewhere on the engine? Thanks J.V.L.
