If you have some type of photo editing software (sometimes it's preloaded with Dell computers, or as a feature of your digital camera software) you can place the photo in "My Pictures" on your computer, right click and "open with" the editing software that will be listed in your photo menu, from there it's an easy task to re-size using the instructions provided by the software help menu.
If you don't have that feature, just copy the already re-sized photo from the DTA, "POWER WAGON" album, photo # 387.
