NAPA should have the parts that you need. This is basically a W200 with military trim. 16.5 tires are a bitch to find and expensive, so I put 16" rims off of a Ford F250 on it. The taller tires helped with the fuel ecomony too. Mine is an M886 which was the ambulance version. If someone wants a project truck let me know. Has 39K on it and runs good, but needs body work, paint and interor. Front axle has been changed to locking hubs. Located in Fruitland ID
