The rear pivots are at perpendicular to the a-frame, rather than at right angles to the main frame, so 'dumping' it will tend to twist the a-frame. Also, you need to tie the tailgate up under the trailer, or it will be at risk as the rear lowers.

One mod I did to mine was to add a 'latch' on one side to retain the front 'side board' in position opened around to the side. To lower wind resistance when towing it empty.

These trailers are truly an industrial duty companion to an industrial duty truck.
