My opinion:
Dave, overall, I agree with Jeff. You really should have been more careful or more dilegent in advertising your truck. You should have been willing to sell it to the first buyer willing to pay your asking price. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people around that make bad deals from time to time. In a way, these transactions (or lack there of) harm all of us.
Of course, you are not a skilled or practiced seller. You have not made the number of transactions that Jeff or myself have made. And you may not have the outstanding skills of appraising and negotiating that only come with frequent transactions. As a valued member of the forum and organizer of a great Power Wagon event - we should cut you a little slack - just this once.
Ultimately, buried in your request for offers, I hear a fellow truck lover that is remorseful to sell their pride and joy. Be sure that whatever happens you are comfortable selling her when/if the right offer comes along. Because even though there are a lot of trucks out there, you will never fill the void left when you sell this one.
