Norm, the D100 I had years ago was a '60. Perhaps Powerwagon John will chime in here as he has my original front cover and is very knowledgeable on these years of Dodge trucks. I have no idea what series the engine was, always figured it was a 318-1. The red Weiand manifold in the picture you posted appears to have the bypass outlet in the same position as a stock manifold; possible memory disclaimer here. My $.02 worth.
