it happens more then we know ,sad but true.i had a complaint a while back about my cable on my shop drive way,keep in mind my drive way is a mile long, near the end it cuts in at my shop i also have a sign there too,some flat lander come down my drive ,saw it was not a town road back up to turn around in my shop drive way and hit the cable,the cable is clearly mark ,a ways in plus signs there to warn. guess who they wanted to sue for a few scratches ,they tried but were unsucessful. you can never be too carful
