Though my formulas below were correct, Clint might have a better approach. One thing I forgot to factor in was the actual radius of the tire. On a 36" tire, the radius is somewhat less than 18" because of the sagging of the tire under a load. One thing to be careful of is the "168" that mysteriously apperars. This is in fact a constant that apperas when you take the mathmeatical constant "pi", multiply by 60 to convert to hours, divide by 12 for feet, divide again by 5280 to get miles, and then take the number one and divide by your result. The answer? 168.157664626.
