Stupidity, misguided politics and beauracracy. Cubans with "Wet" feet get deported, Cubans with dry feet are legally welcomed*. A stupid policy that should be changed.
Meanwhile we are being INVADED by Mexico and no response from our national government. Keep the House of Representatives intact and throw out the Senate, then we'd finally get some progress...
