A freind of mine used the Rustoleum Rust Converter on his Chevy Pickup. It appeared to work as advertised. I have not seen any rust come thru it. He got it from Graingers.
I looked in my Graingers Catalog;

Covers 590-1175 sq feet per gallon
Cost per Gallon $ 67.80
A lot cheaper than the little bottles sold in the Hardware store.
However, I still perfer to blast to bright shinney steel.
