not factory in my opinion at least according to the build card. I'd sell the spacer plates and what I have of the lugnut/studs extensions. Missing a couple of the lugnuts not the same as a typical PW's. I don't like duals track too weird unless you use them up front as well. My only problem is that I'd have to press the lugnuts out to save them and replace with others so the truck will roll. I think you can get new ones though and I have the spacers. Last I checked powerwagonjohn had a full set of lugnuts and studs. There is a set in a local scrap yard but once again alot of trouble to remove them.
