Yes it was a long drive out and back which was made possible with my friend Pieter Vliet. We had a good time pitching in where we could to help out. The turnout was excellent, the weather turned into liguid sunshine on Saturday but was unable to dampen spirits. I enjoyed talking to old friends as well as meeting new ones. My hat's off to Maureen and Suzanne for putting up with Ken and the rest of us "boys with toys" which couldn't have happened without them. Ken, you truely are a blessed man to have such a family. One of the highlights of our trip was the run up to Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream factory for the plant tour. After the tour and a sampleing of ice cream I was able to get a carton of ice cream DONATED to the rally which we enjoyed Friday night. For those who couldn't attend I extend my sympathy, because you missed a great rally. For those who did, Vermont is the spot "Cause Vermont ain't Flat".
