What about Detroit Diesels? My grandfather had a 12V92 in his logging truck and he always thought that was the mother of all diesels, eventhough he had the option of a Cummins. Do the Detroits put out the same usable horsepower as a Cummins or are they for more industrial applications (water pumps, generators, trains) ?
