Mechanical Govenor Wanted

I have a 1949 B1-PW with a belt pully in need of a mechanical govenor. Any help in locating parts or a complete system will be greatly appreciated. I currently have none of the parts needed. I know how rare of an item these are but would still like to try and get a set-up together. Thank you in advance to all who may be of help, Derek
