Will, I'm with Rob. Also INSULATION, will have a direct impact on your sizing requirements. Here in CA we have what is called Title 24 Energy Calculations that must be performed BEFORE a permit is issued. The calculations will dictate what R-value, door and window size and type and heating/cooling requirements. A good idea in any climate for maximum energy efficientcy (do they have them for spelling???) These gas fired radiant heaters are the way to go, you are on the right track here. If you can't get the info you need, work it backwards at a web site such as Graingers http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/wwg/start.shtml
There will be pages of heaters and while their prices are high they have a lot of technical information that will help you size the heaters, which will help you size the gas requirements. The heater specifications will list the btu requirements and ANY HVAC Contractor or Plumber that can't figure out the pipe size from that should NOT be on your job.
