Your contractor should be able to figure that out himself or he shouldn't be installing the line. Check out www.heatinghelp.com and go to the "Wall" to ask questions. I would tell you to consider doing radiant floor heat if you really want to enjoy working on your trucks. Material cost to get tubing and insulation in the slab, with you doing the installation, should be $2 or under per square foot. Then you can find a reputable heating guy to install the heating unit (Boiler). I cannot see you needing more than 75K btu to heat that with radiant.
