Cost me $9 for the right fiberboard. Dad had a roll of "recycled fiber" carpet pad, the same stuff the repros use. I used a gasket punch for the holes, and an electric sheet metal shear for cutting.
Otherwise, Roberts Motor Parts has lots of soft parts for Dodges, about $79?
