I apoligize about this mistyped parts of my messages I get going sometimes and forget to type words and phrases. I just reread what I wrote and It was hard to understand.

I meant to say that you can not carry concealed without a permit but without a permit anyone over the age of 18 can carry any fire arm as long as it is NOT concealed or any part of the weapon (like the holster)
I mentioned coats and jacket etc they can not drape over the gun or other weapon in any way. Same is true of any weapon (knife,sword,bow,crossbow) it has to be in the open. Pocketknifes can be carried in a pocket as long as the folded knife is no bigger then your hand (standard is like 3" or smaller) closed around the knife.
It has been I while since I took my CCW course and I am due for a renew this year in November. I found that I had to carry my CCW for the Box Cutter I used to carry in my hip pocket after 9/11. I have had that knife for years and been carring it for years without the permit but when I found out about the change I started carrying the permit with me.
