That is a 3/4 Carryall that had been converted (poorly) to a flatbed and has a snowplow that's too big for it. It's a good snow pusher but that's about it without some major work. I think it was traded around a few time with a $500 value on it. It's probably not for sale now, but I can ask the current owner next time I'm up there.
