I have 5 2" wide, 27' long, yellow ratchet straps with doubled up hooks on both ends that are rated at 10,000 pounds each.

Home Depot price was under $13.00 a strap.

I wrapped terry cloth towels around the axles of my Power Wagon mainly to protect the straps from fraying on any part of the axle. My truck is unrestored and the surface of the axles can be rough.

The towels can protect the axles and or frame on your mint truck too.

I cross the tie downs so the truck does not shift from side to side.

How much did the trailer cost??
