Hi Ron,
The Ben and Jerrys tour is pretty good. I have not done their tour for a few years but enjoyed it then. Route 100, which is a north south road will take you from Ludlow (very neat the Rally) right up to Waterbury. Its a very scenic drive. You couls continue on one more town to Stowe, and wander around there. A very wealty tourist town but some nice shops to check out.
Way to go with the accomodations, I think I will pull my pop-up camper and do it in style!
