Right, I know for sure that in the State of Washington even if you owe someone millions of dollars they cannot keep ANY of your property otherwise they will be charged with extortion. i would go to where the truck is, call a cop from the sidewalk and have him meet you there. show cop your title and say "I am now going to drive my truck away".
